Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines how personal data of users of the website angren-kaolin.uz (the “Website”), owned by Angren Kaolin LLC (the “Company”), is processed and protected. The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” dated 2 July 2019.
2. Data we collect
When filling out forms on the Website (request, call-back order, question, etc.), the Company may collect the following personal data: name, phone number, e-mail address, and other information voluntarily provided by the user in the message.

- providing information about the Company’s products and services;
- preparation and conclusion of contracts and fulfilment of obligations;

Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent, given by submitting a form on the Website, as well as for the performance of a contract and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By submitting a form, the user confirms consent to the processing of personal data under this Policy and Law No. ZRU-547.

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is processed and stored using databases located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
6. Transfer to third parties
The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties without the data subject’s consent, except as expressly provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. Rights of the data subject
The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data, to request its clarification, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw consent by sending a request to info@angrenkaolin.uz.
8. Processing period
Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn by the data subject, unless otherwise provided by law.
